I’m not sure of mileage but can I get an estimate?
any sources or refernces i could refer to.
Use Kelly’s Blue Book for official values.(It’s online) It’s the book insurance companies use for paying off claims. The actual price will be between dealer value and retail. The price varies a lot depending where you live and the shape the bike is in, as well as what customizing the previous owner did. I know more than one person who paid $18,000 for a new softail and then added $10,000 in upgrades/customizing. I also expect the bad economy to bring values down but maybe high gas prices will offset that?

Depends on what model. Anywhere from 4K to 20K.

Depends on the model of Harley your going for. There are at least 5 main groups of models. The Dyna, Softails, Sportsters, Touring and VSRCA. All ranging in prices. The best would be to visit an online classified such as Auto Trader and see what people are selling theirs for. As far as 2004 New prices, there typically are no longer any new 2004 models, as they are all sold to make way for the newer models for the year.
